Typing on-screen

 

  1. Turn on the Developer Tab on Powerpoint (search help for this).
  2. Click on the newly available Developer Tab.
  3. Click on the textbox button ( ) and draw your desired textbox.
  4. Now you have to change a few properties. Double click the box, or right click the box and select Properties.
  5. Change at least the following: 
    1. EnterKeyBehavior – Change to True
    2. MultiLine – Change to True
    3. WordWrap – Usually set to True
    4. Font – Change to the desired type style 
  6. Close the properties window. 
  7. Type during your presentation!
